Processing time
Each piece is hand-made and photographed individually, so please allow [3-5 business days] for your order to be prepared before it ships. During busy periods this can take a little longer — you'll be notified if so.

Shipping rates & delivery times
We ship within Germany, the European Union, and internationally. Exact shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Packaging
Every piece is wrapped individually and packed with extra cushioning around the rim and any thin walls — the parts most at risk in transit. If a piece arrives damaged despite this, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Customs & import duties (non-EU orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These vary by country — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
