Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason — this is your right of withdrawal as an EU consumer, and it applies automatically, no justification needed.

To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the condition you received it. Because every piece is hand-built and one of a kind, small variations in glaze, colour or shape between the photo and the piece you receive are normal and not a reason for return.

How to return something

Contact us to start a return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Ceramics can be damaged in transit — if that's happened, or you've received the wrong item, contact us right away with a photo so we can sort it out quickly.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, as required by EU law. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
